For you were like sheep going astray but have now returned
to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.
1 Peter 2:25
I bless You, Almighty Father, in Christ and by Your Holy Spirit, lifting my heart and mind and body and soul -- all tat I have -- to praise and honor You in ways that bring You joy, as a living stone among other living stones who are being built up in Your spiritual house, a holy priesthood to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to You through Jesus Christ. We thank You, Gd, that we have tasted Your Gracious Mercy and Careful Keeping and that we live to proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of darkness... we who once were not a people, but are now Your People, oh God, we who had not obtained Mercy but now have obtained Mercy. There are no words! Just lifting all that I have in thanks and praise to You, Holy Triune God, for granting me Life in You, by You, for You. It is not about me...it's all about YOU! Glory to You, Lord Chirst, our Savior, our Mediator, out Advocate. And what a gift it is to know this! Therefore, I join Your people in giving You thanks and praise this very moment in time. We lift our praises up to You, oh Father, in Christ and the power of Your Holy Spirit... both now and forever!
