But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation.

Hebrews 9:11

Thanks be to Christ, Who through the eternal Spirit, offered Himself without spot to God and emerged as the Mediator of the new covenant while the first tabernacle was still standing. By His sacrifice, those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritace. For Christ put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself, for He was the Lamb of God, offered to put away sin forever. For those who receive Him, it true what He said: It is finished. It truly is finished!

Thank You, LORD, for giving us new hearts and new spirits. We are indeed new creations in Christ -- free in You, safe under Your Headship, and filled by Your Increase as much as we will allow. Thank You for choosing us to see and know and turn and Live! May many more be turned round right before You come again!
