The fact of Wilderness is unattractive and unembraced by My People, even My
people. Yet Wilderness goes with the territory of a human life; so does
Enslavement by some form of captivity or cruel bondage. But so does the Red Sea
Parting; so does the Fiery Furnace. These are not just stories, dear one, dear daughter,
dear heart. They are metaphors that capture My Truth: There is help in the
wilderness, hope in the chains. Most importantly, there is My unrelenting desire to bring My people safely across and through and into My arms -- and their feet
won’t even be wet, and they won’t even smell like smoke. Amen!
