Based on 2 Thessalonians 3:1-18, Proverbs 27:8, Psalm 119:33-40, Jeremiah 27:1-28:17.
Teach us, O LORD, the Way! Turn our eyes from looking at worthless things! Direct our hearts into Your love, O GOD, and into the patience of Christ. Be our daily Bread of Life, and be our Living Water. Revive us in Your righteousness that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men, for not all have faith. But You, O LORD, You are faithful to establish us and to guard us from the evil one. Turn away our reproach, as we long for Your precepts and are devoted to fearing You alone.
Give us understanding and wisdom to follow You in the best ways to live, and we shall walk with our whole hearts, delighting in You and Your Way, Incline our hearts to Your testimonies and not to liars and their lies.. We shall feed on Your Word with our whole hearts in order that Your fig tree will bring You honor. May Your Word run swiftly and be glorified in and through us who seek Your increase in us. Thank You, GOD Most High, for in Christ You we live, even now -- and then, forever!
