Love Notes

Based on Jeremiah 19:1-20:18; Psalm 119:1-8, 1 Thessalonians 4:1-18.

Blessed are we, O God, whom You have chosen to walk in Christ, who seek Him with our whole heart! Thank You for the hunger for Your Truth, for which we pant as the deer pants for water. You have not called us to uncleanness, but in holiness to embrace Your call! We are grateful You have given us ears to hear Your Holy Spirit, to see and know that Jesus is alive to bring us with Him, no matter what transpires here on earth -- that we will always be with the LORD and never not.

By Your grace, we have neither forsaken You nor burned incense to other gods, nor filled this place with the blood of the innocents. We refuse to pour death into Valley of Slaughter, to burn incense to all the host of heaven, to make offerings for other gods.

Once we were numbered among those with stiffened necks, unwilling to hear Your words. But You, O LORD, blessed us to seek You and find You, against all odds, to walk undefiled in Your ways. Thank You, GOD, for opening the gate of hearts and for coming to live in us and lead us, daily, in Your Will You Way. Thank You that we have salvation, O GOD, and that we can now abound more and more, receiving Your guidance about the ways that are pleasing to You, holy, truine GOD.

For this is Your will: our sanctification, that each of us should know how to possess his own vessel and surrender ourselves daily to walk with You as we live on earth. O Maker of the Universe, we do humbly and whole-heartedly, gladly and gratefully surrender to Your power!
