Recently, someone asked me with whom I most identify in the
Bible. Interesting question! I found myself answering rather quickly: “Jeremiah
in the Old Testament, and Peter in the New.” Since then I have revised this
slightly, seeing that I identity a lot with the women who were the first to see
Christ risen, who went to tell the others, and nobody believed them.
