... we are serious and watchful in our lives and prayers. relying on You to supply what is needed as we minister to one another, that in all things 

You may be glorified...

1 Peter 4:7-11

LORD, we know that the end of all things is at hand; therefore we are serious and watchful... that in all things You may be glorified through Jesus Christ to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. Yet as we walk, we encounter fools who simply do not know what they do not know. Just like we were once! Before You came to retrieve us and Light the Way! We, too, spent our past times in the flesh, following the dictates of our own hearts and adhering ourselves to the traditions of men. Unwittingly foolish, we did not know were were the walking dead, idolizing material things and secondary blessings -- ignoring You.

But LORD, You in Your mercy intervened, that we would no longer live the rest of our time in the flesh but, instead, in seeking Your will, oh God. Intervene again, we pray, for any and all beloveds who are still running with the world, unaware and unrealizing that they are embracing idolatries -- abominable idolatries -- and brushing You aside, quenching Your Spirit, muffling the still small Voice of God....

It is with great gratitude and thanksgiving, LORD, that we declare Your manifold harvest is being brought forth at this time. We thank You for this, knowing that Your answer in heaven is "YES!" We humbly bow, gratefully saying, "Amen."
