Contemporary Psalms

6-24-13

You led Your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
Psalm 77:20

Father God, I thank You for Jesus, the Christ, who is leading Your people still, all these millennia later, shepherding and caring for all Your children of grace and mercy,. Prayerfully I ask that in INCLUSIVITY of Your Shepherd would be revealed and made know. Please unveil the eyes that have heard Your invitation but have seen it only as exclusive. It is not! But because You made us FREE, we are able to choose You -- or refuse You. And refusing to choose is also a choice.

Please God, by Your Holy Spirit waiting patiently to arise in many hearts, be made known, I pray! The days of tribulation are upon us, and many of my beloveds do not see their need for You in this "loom" that threats from afar. It is like the days of Noah, Lord, when people mocked at the suggestion that they would need an Ark. It is like the days of Sodom and Gomorrah. Lord, You are stirring  hearts to inquire about who You really are -- including the paradoxical nature of Your truth. It is true that Christ died for ALL. ALL are invited, though not all will accept His invitation. through . May as many as will accept, accept! May we come to know the Bridegroom and prepare to be His Bride while there is still time. We may have only mere moments, Lord, but only You know the time. I pray for Your Spirit, oh God, to rise up and trouble trouble trouble trouble many hearts to seek and find shelter in Christ, the Center of Your Eternal Purpose.
