Be strong and of good courage; fear not, nor be afraid of them, for the LORD thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee nor forsake thee.

LORD, I am frightened and amazed that so many seem to have gone mad. Suddenly it's okay to re-define things like America's Constitution and words like "fairness" and "rights" and "marriage." I remember the book 1984 by George Orwell and its vision about NewSpeak, in which definitions were deliberately "morphed." Now here it is, NewSpeak, writ large before our very eyes. For while the NewSpeak seemed to be encroaching very, very slowly, but now, quite suddenly, its acceptance is widespread.
This You told us would eventually happen, and so... it is.... it has... it will. It's the foretold "devolution" -- pronounced to sound like "devil-ushun" because it is. It tests my trust in You, oh LORD, as things continue to fall apart. Thank You for warning us so that we would not.
