1-22-13

This is encouragement, LORD. I am amazed and pleased -- proud of him, and proud of us as his parents -- for discerning the wisdom that is found in true passion and the refusal to minimize it at this time. Thank You, LORD, for growing us in faith and trust in You, Whence comes  all guidance and help... for uniting us as a family in unity as we step OUT of the boat with our eyes fixed on You and You alone. May we neither falter not faint as we walk toward You and none other. Have Your way with us as we take one step at across the very water. Amazing, Lord! It is amazing. And I thank You for this, for surely it is Your Amazing Grace.

Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came toward Jesus (Matthew 14:29).
