Pet Theories

My dog, Roobie, continues to consider world events. As her owner, I feel it is only right to collect the best of her Twitter “woofs” and share them every once in awhile. This is her second set (you can see her first set by clicking on the label Pet Theories) that's on your right:

2/3/11: Roobie urges us to remember that when a door is closing, it’s time to look for a window God is opening.

1/28/11: Roobie stands aghast to see it could be true after all that the only thing we can learn from history is that we don’t learn from history.

1/29/11:Roobie loves being hand-fed, one kibble at a time.

1/30/11: Roo has noticed that, when a secular viewpoint is given, it tends to be romanticized, while the Biblical viewpoint tends to be ridiculed.

2/11/11: Roobie thinks Mubarak should know that DENIAL is not just a river in Egypt.

2/12/11: “YAYNESS!” barked Roo, as Egypt’s River of Denial disappeared in a Flood of Freedom. We are praying now for Waves of Wisdom.

2/15/11: Roo got news on Valentine’s Day that broke her heart -- a trillion means spending a million per day, every day, for 3,000 years.

2/16/11: Roobie thinks people ought to know that 1 plus 1=2; 2 minus 2=0; and that 0=0. Even she knows that.

2/17/11: Roobie agrees that, at some point, people have to be responsible for their own stupidity.

2/23/11: Roobie has been noticing that choosing “to take offense” could, instead, become a choice not to….

2/21/11: Roo has been reminded that G-O-D often arrives in a Gift of Desperation.

  2. Thank you, Sandi C -- you figured out how to make a comment (as opposed to sending me a private e-mail which nobody else sees). What would really get this thing cooking is if we could actually get a conversation going. Sigh... Did you look at her earlier edition of Pet Theories? I thought she was hilarious, but I'm prejudiced...

  3. She IS hilarious, but I'm prejudiced too. Our cat, Murphy, wants to get in on the action. So she will be adding her feline perspective on Twitter #petTheories.....

  4. At last, thanks to Murphy, we are getting some intelligent life on Twitter's #petTheories. We hope Murphy will tell all her fancy furry friends to hop right into the fray (or should I say into the litter box? -- no, because we don't only want her friends who are cats). We want her friends who are hamsters! Rabbits! Horses! Sheep! And especially DOGs because they are GOD spelled backwards.
