Contemporary Psalms

11-10-13

...I urge you... to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship.
Romans 12:1

God on high, You will not forget our labors as we minister to Your saints with diligence and gratitude and joy. Thank You for teaching us that You work best when our vessels are surrendered  to You, that our own powerlessness is what brings us into Your invincible might.Thank You for shining through us who are broken and healed according to Your marvelous mercy and grace. Thank You for gently revealing that You need our hearts to be as softened clay, supple and willing, in order to knead. I love that" need and knead. It's like rain and reign. It's like morning and mourning.I love being the recipient of Your purposing under Your loving hands. Help- me and all who trust in You lie back for surgery each and every day, moment to moment! That You for assuring us that You are bringing forth fruit through our little jars of clay, our living sacrifice.
