Take up the full armor of God so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand firm therefore.
Ephesians 6:13-14
It is challenging, LORD, to face Condescension and to name it, LORD, as Counterfeit Compassion -- Abominable Pride. Lift the veils and the blindfolds off Your people's hearts and minds that all may see clearly what You have splayed out before us. Soak us in Your Love and Light, oh God on High, that Your Truth might be revealed, that Your people might push through fear with faith to blow the shofar, and now, to stand firm.
